Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. The views over Cork were absolutely breathtaking, especially enjoyed from the outdoor terrace. The facilities were excellent, particularly the indoor pool and spa, which provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. However, I found accessing certain areas a bit confusing, and the location being quite hilly made transport to the city center a bit of a hassle.
The Montenotte Hotel offered a lovely experience during our 30th anniversary trip, with its upscale ambiance and beautiful city views. The attention to detail and personalized touches, like a bottle of champagne in our room, were thoughtful and added to our stay. However, we found ourselves spending so much time exploring Cork that we barely got to enjoy the hotel's amenities, particularly the pool's limited hours for children, which was a disappointment.
I had a pleasant stay, with beautiful views and impressive amenities, but the challenges with access roads and underwhelming dining options left some room for improvement. The staff were accommodating, and I appreciated the opportunity to explore the hotel's outdoor spaces, though I think the food could use some refinement. Overall, I would consider returning, especially for the leisure facilities.
This hotel offers beautiful interiors and an elegant atmosphere, making it a lovely place to unwind. The staff members are incredibly accommodating, but there are some inconsistencies with room readiness and dining experiences that need addressing. Overall, while the stay was enjoyable with excellent leisure facilities, improvements in service consistency would greatly enhance guest satisfaction.
My stay was fantastic! I was thoroughly impressed by the gorgeous modern decor and the overall clean atmosphere. Each encounter with the staff reaffirmed their commitment to excellent service, as they went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. However, the pool was a bit colder than I would have liked, especially for families. Despite this, the dining options were exceptional, making up for it with delicious meals and outstanding views of the city.
