Excellent Stay with minor hiccups

private check-inspacious suitegrubby pool
Danielle provided all information upon arrival at a private check-in with a glass of champagne, which I did enjoy. I then seen the amazing Woodland suite, it was spacious. I later visited the Clubhouse for a sundown cocktail and snack, and it was a good experience. Breakfast offered fresh fruits and pastry spread, but I also ordered hot food. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, I appreciated the variety of the meal.
I find the pool area needed cleaning, it was a bit grubby. The changing rooms felt freezing. These issues, though minor, did affect the overall experience a bit.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a large bed, a separate seating area, and a work desk and it had good space. The bathroom features a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, that I used. The room had climate control, it worked well.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offers a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers and also had a shaded section. The on-site restaurant includes panoramic city views and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Acceptable stay, but not really good

clean leisureavailable towelsinconsistent servicemultiple attempts
The leisure centre impressed me. It was very clean and had water and towels available upon arrival. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were also quite nice.
I found the service inconsistent. I requested a top sheet, but it took multiple attempts to get one. A coffee refill at breakfast also required asking three times.
